The Service presented to existing or potential customers is a voluntary service through which we collect certain personal information directly from you for the purpose of passing your personal information to our service providers in order to complete our services to you. Without your personal information, we are unable to complete the process of booking events, tickets and packages.

We also use your personal information to convey your opinions and preferences relating to our products and services to enable us to identify products and services you may be interested in and address concerns you may raise about them.

  • Right to Deletion (POPIA Section 24): You may request the destruction or deletion of your personal information where it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
  • Right to Information (CPA Section 22): You are entitled to receive clear and understandable information about our services, pricing, and terms before confirming any booking.
  • Right to Fair Dealing (CPA Section 40): We will not use any unfair, unreasonable, or deceptive tactics in our dealings with you.
  • Right to Cool Off (CPA Section 16): If you entered into a transaction as a result of direct marketing, you may cancel within 5 business days without penalty, provided services have not yet been rendered.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify the relevant regulatory authorities and affected individuals in accordance with Section 22 of POPIA and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Australian law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of both Australia and the Republic of South Africa, as applicable based on your location and the nature of the services provided.

For South African customers, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and POPIA apply. You may lodge complaints with the Information Regulator or the National Consumer Commission (NCC).

For Australian customers, the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Consumer Law apply. You may lodge complaints with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

In this Policy, headings are for convenience and we don’t intend for them to be used to interpret this Policy.

Unless we indicate to the contrary in this Policy, any references to any gender includes the other genders, a natural person includes an artificial person and vice versa, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Dispute Resolution & Complaints
