Booking & Payments

Booking is simple! Browse our experiences, select your preferred dates and package, and complete the checkout process. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for larger bookings. All payments are processed securely.
Yes! For bookings over R1,000, we offer flexible payment plans. You can pay a deposit to secure your spot and complete the payment before your travel date.
Your card will be charged immediately for the deposit. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your experience date.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 60+ days before the experience receive a full refund. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We recommend travel insurance for added protection.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date at no extra cost.
Yes, bookings can be transferred to another person up to 14 days before the experience date, subject to a small administrative fee.

Travel & Logistics

Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended. We can help you find suitable coverage through our partner insurance providers.
Our packages typically include accommodation and local transportation. Flights can be added as an optional extra or arranged separately.
Packages usually include event tickets, accommodation, local transportation, and a dedicated trip coordinator. Specific inclusions are listed on each experience page.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. We provide guidance on visa requirements, but obtaining the visa is your responsibility.

During Your Trip

Yes! All group experiences include a dedicated STE coordinator who will be with you throughout the trip to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking. We’ll ensure these are communicated to all relevant venues and partners.
Absolutely! Our support team is available 24/7 during your trip. You’ll have emergency contact numbers and access to our travel app.
